Akal Gas Agency is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to help grow our customer base while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, perform telecalling, follow up with leads, assist with LPG connection bookings, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote new LPG connections and agency services.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Assist customers with new connection and refill booking processes.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel data.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for customer requests.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition and service targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi & English (basic)
- Good telecalling and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to convince customers and build relationships.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
