As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system requirements. You will provide consultative guidance to design and implement integration solutions that align with client objectives. Your role includes facilitating discussions around business transformation and customer experience, ensuring that both functional and technical aspects of integration meet the evolving needs of the organization. Collaboration with various stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions is a key part of your daily activities, driving successful project outcomes and enhancing overall business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of integration strategies that support business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with designing and deploying scalable integration solutions using cloud-based services.
- Strong knowledge of API management, messaging protocols, and enterprise service bus concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to streamline integration workflows.
- Understanding of security best practices in integration scenarios, including data protection and access control.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
