Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and effectively, while also documenting your findings and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of business operations and supporting the overall technological framework of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform an architect role on a project/engagement
- Contribute to architecture and low level design
- Provide solutions & guide dev teams on requirements.
- Hands-on experience on Azure/AWS/GCP and Cloud service
- Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 12-15 yrs overall 5yrs as Application/Platform Architect
- 10+yrs - Web App Development Component based Architecture
- Hands-on App Dev with either Microsoft Stack (ASPNET MVC, C#, .NET Core, SQL Server) Or Open Source (Python, PostGreSQL), Angular/React/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs
- Working knowledge of AI, LLMs, Knowledge Services
- Hands-on experience on Azure/AWS/GCP and Cloud services
