HR Intern - Recruiter
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Work Mode: 100% Remote
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month Fixed

PPO Opportunity
After successful completion of 2 months, selected interns may be offered a full-time role at ₹15,000 fixed salary plus incentives, based on performance and business requirement.
Job Responsibilities
● Source candidates from job portals, social media and references.
● Call candidates and explain job openings clearly.
● Screen candidates as per job requirements.
● Schedule interviews and share interview details.
● Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
● Maintain candidate data in Excel, Google Sheets and CRM.
● Share daily recruitment updates and follow-up reports.
● Support HR team in hiring, documentation and joining coordination.
Requirements
● Fresher to 1 year of experience can apply.
● Good communication skills required.
● Must be comfortable with calling and candidate coordination.
● Basic Excel, Google Sheets and Google Forms knowledge preferred.
● Laptop/desktop with stable internet required.
● Active, responsible and willing to learn candidate preferred.
