Years of Experience: 2~4 years
Additional Experience: Experience in data analysis and reporting.

- Conduct thorough data analysis to understand trends, identify opportunities, and support decision-making processes.
- Develop detailed business process models, use cases, and user stories.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and prioritize requirements.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide support during the implementation phase, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
