- Perform Security Planning-Risk Assessment & Effective Guarding Strategies Ensure a standard operation of Security Service. Maintains on-going communications with residents, Client & site team for fire system and other building related services staff. Gains/maintains proficiency with ’s life safety system. Maintains and updates Security Policies and Standard Operating Procedures manual. Maintains a working knowledge of all current building security, fire and life safety code requirements. Ensure an effective emergency preparedness plan (i.e., fire, evacuations human crisis, etc.) in place. Communicates with GM Estate regarding events, incidents, concerns of Security Team members, recommendations, staffing needs, etc. Reviews security after hours reports and monitors performance of each site employee. Co-develops with the management staff operating guidelines and practices. Supervises the installation, maintenance, and repair of computerized security, fire, and audio/video monitoring systems in accordance with industry standards and customer needs. Plans, assigns, and evaluates the work of security and technical personnel and directs and instructs employees regarding the more technical phases of work. Ensure during work all safety majors followed with work permit. Controls access to and monitor activities of any type visitor’s management, Vehicle management, Gate passes etc. Ensures that visitors and facilities are adequately protected in security and fire alarms. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service. Prepare security related incident report. Handle Lost & Found cases properly on coordination with customer care department. Establishes and updates project specific security procedures and crime deterrent programs. Implements and provides budgets relating to the and staff. Supervises Security Staff, assigns/monitors work assignments and provides training in life safety, first aid etc. Ensure implementation of security deployment plan on ground. Conduct hourly rounds to ensure that visitors have safe and pleasant experience and report problems to reporting Manager. Check stairwells, fire exits and utility rooms so to prevent untoward incident. Maintain all security asset records at site and timely requirements should be submit to purchase. Interviews and approves hiring of contract security staff personnel. Manages security scheduling and approval of contract invoices. Obtains copies of each security personnel of the vendor, and periodically audit contractor for ongoing compliance. Maintains contract employee scheduling and training records. Ensure all training and audit reports maintained. Reports timely closures update should be shared. Establishes inspection tours of, focusing on stairwells, elevators, and all areas of ingress. Handle emergency situations efficiently (i.e., fire, evacuations human crisis, etc.) Assists in performance/behavior related meetings regarding contract security staff. Conducts night inspection checks. Ensure all the standard Sops & Checklist implemented at site.
