Job Summary
Zaxter International LLP is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Officers to promote and expand the market presence of Henza Professional and Veltra Professional cosmetic products across Kerala. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, client relationship, and sales skills with the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit salons, beauty parlours, distributors, retailers, and other potential clients.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional activities.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Experience in sales, marketing, FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
