Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to provide a variety of beauty and skincare services to clients. The ideal candidate should be experienced in facial treatments, waxing, threading, manicure/pedicure, makeup, and other salon services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform beauty treatments including facials, cleanup, waxing, threading, bleach, manicure, pedicure, and basic makeup
- Analyze client skin and beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of beauty tools, equipment, and workstations
- Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Recommend beauty products and aftercare routines
- Handle appointments and assist with salon operations
- Stay updated on beauty trends, skincare techniques, and products
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction during treatments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in Beautician / Cosmetology
- Experience in salon or beauty services preferred
- Knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bridal makeup or advanced skincare treatments
- Knowledge of premium beauty brands and products
- Sales skills for promoting salon services and retail products
Work Environment
- Beauty salon, spa, wellness center, or bridal studio
- Standing for long hours may be required
- Customer-facing role with flexible working hours
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
