Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer to drive sales growth, manage distributors, expand market reach, and build strong relationships with retailers in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Increase market penetration and retailer coverage.
- Appoint new retailers and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage distributor orders, inventory, and stock availability.
- Visit retailers as per beat plan and book orders.
- Ensure timely product delivery and availability.
- Maintain product visibility through merchandising and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights.
- Submit daily sales and market reports.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 2–4 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Experience in mouth freshener, confectionery, snacks, or FMCG products is preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
- Must have a smartphone with a good camera.
- Active bank account required.
- Willing to travel extensively and capture daily shop visit photos for attendance.
