Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and financial budgets.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and customer collections.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Prepare payroll data and employee reimbursement records.
- Analyze financial data and provide management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
