Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant for a premium Menswear Designer Store in Shahpur Jat, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury fashion or designer menswear retail and possess excellent styling, sales, and customer relationship skills. The role involves assisting customers in selecting designer outfits, delivering exceptional shopping experiences, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personalized fashion consultation.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable designer menswear.
- Assist customers with styling, fit, fabric selection, and wardrobe coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Promote new collections, seasonal launches, and exclusive products.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle billing, POS operations, and customer transactions.
- Coordinate with the tailoring team for alterations and delivery schedules.
- Maintain stock display and coordinate with inventory for replenishment.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide excellent after-sales service.
Required Skills
- Experience in Menswear Designer Retail, Luxury Fashion, Premium Apparel, or Ethnic Wear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong fashion styling and wardrobe consultation skills.
- Customer relationship management and sales ability.
- Presentable personality with a professional appearance.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment fits, measurements, and current fashion trends.
- Basic computer and POS billing knowledge.
