We are looking for a Sales Executive who can efficiently manage inbound leads, ensure proper follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update all inbound leads in the company CRM
- Ensure leads are properly assigned, tagged, and tracked
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client requirements
- Schedule meetings for the senior sales team
- Follow up consistently on open leads
- Maintain accurate communication records inside CRM
- Generate daily and weekly lead status reports
- Ensure no lead is left unattended or untracked
- Coordinate between sales and marketing teams
Required Skills
- Languages: Fluent in English, Malayalam
- Skills: Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience : 0-1 year, (Freshers are welcome.)
- Basic Computer skills (MS office, Excel, CRM)
- Comfortable making follow-up calls
