About the Internship
This role provides hands-on experience in financial reporting, business analysis, and performance management. Interns will gain exposure to business promoters and leadership teams, offering practical insights into how organizations strengthen financial systems, improve operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in analyzing clients’ financial statements by identifying trends and deviations.
- Compile findings for review and reporting.
- Support reconciliations and help standardize financial and MIS reports to strengthen clients’ financial systems.
2. Business Process & MIS Development
- Assist in developing SOPs, MIS reports, and review dashboards for clients.
- Help create structured data-capturing formats in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities.
3. Client & Team Collaboration
- Support tracking of project activities.
- Share responsibilities within the team to ensure smooth execution of assignments.
Skills Required
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Tally (Optional)

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA (Optional) – Any specialization, with undergraduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Business Administration.
Internship Details
- Mode of Work: Work From Office (WFO)
- Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of full-time conversion)
