About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and career-oriented interns to join our UK Process team. This internship is ideal for final-year students and fresh graduates who want to gain practical experience in international customer service, communication, and financial services.
As an International Customer Service Intern, you will interact with UK-based customers, understand their requirements, and assist them through the initial consultation process while learning industry best practices and professional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Contact and engage with UK-based customers.
Build professional relationships through effective communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Maintain a positive and professional approach during all customer interactions.
Customer Assessment
Gather and verify customer information accurately.
Understand customers’ financial situations through structured conversations.
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while handling customer queries.
Industry & Process Learning
Gain exposure to the UK Financial Services industry.
Learn customer consultation and fact-finding techniques.
Understand various categories of debt management solutions available to customers.
Learn to explain financial concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
CRM & Documentation
Accurately update customer information in the CRM system.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Compliance
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
Maintain professional conduct during all customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Preferred:
Pursuing Final Year B.Com (Regular or Distance Learning)
Pursuing Final Year BBA (Regular or Distance Learning)
Pursuing Final Year M.Com (Regular or Distance Learning)
Pursuing Final Year MBA (Regular or Distance Learning)
Fresh Graduates can also apply.
Qualifications Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Basic research skills and familiarity with AI prompting tools.
Able to work comfortably in a desk-based environment and use a computer throughout the workday.
