Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand dealer networks, develop channel partners, and generate rooftop solar business within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, EPC partners, institutions, and key customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Solar Modules, Inverters, Batteries, and Rooftop Solar Solutions.
- Generate business through dealers, distributors, electricians, contractors, builders, and direct customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments.
- Promote PM Surya Ghar residential rooftop solar installations within the territory.
Channel Development
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular dealer visits and strengthen partner relationships.
- Ensure product availability and support channel partners in achieving sales targets.
- Organize dealer meets, product demonstrations, and training programs.
Market Expansion
- Develop new markets and increase brand visibility for Livfast Solar and Vikram Solar products.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
- Prepare territory-wise growth plans and execute sales strategies.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with tele-calling, technical, installation, and operations teams.
- Support lead conversion and customer onboarding processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of dealer and customer issues.
Reporting & MIS
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of leads, sales pipeline, dealer performance, and market intelligence.
- Forecast sales and prepare territory development plans.
Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer Development, or Business Development.
