Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Mechanical CAD Software Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training and mentor students in mechanical design software. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical industry experience, and excellent teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Mechanical CAD software.
- Train students in one or more of the following software:
- AutoCAD Mechanical
- SolidWorks
- CATIA
- Creo
- Siemens NX
- Autodesk Inventor
- Teach concepts such as 2D Drafting, 3D Part Modeling, Assembly Design, Surface Modeling, Sheet Metal, Weldments, GD&T, and Engineering Drawings.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and hands-on exercises.
- Guide students through real-time projects and industry-based case studies.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist students with interview preparation and placement support.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and industry practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical CAD software.
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Training experience is an added advantage.
