The candidate should be capable of independently managing the HR department and ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate hiring requirements with management and department heads.
- Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave records.
- Handle employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Law, and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain compliance records and ensure timely filings.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and company procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Administration
- Oversee office administration and facility management activities.
- Monitor office assets, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and records.
Reporting & Management
- Prepare HR MIS reports and management reports.
- Support management in manpower planning and workforce management.
- Drive HR initiatives and process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
- Knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, and Employee Relations.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR reporting.
Qualification
- Any Graduate
- MBA (HR) Preferred
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance, Administration, and Team Management will be preferred.
Languages
English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
