Job Description:
UpGrade Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their learning requirements, explaining our courses, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain UpGrade Academy's programs, fees, and learning benefits.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic team for enrollment and onboarding.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi/Tamil is an advantage.
- Previous experience in tele sales, inside sales, EdTech, or education counselling is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
