Hiring: Senior Sales Executive / Supervisor
Location: Retail Store, Calicut International Airport
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily retail store operations during assigned shifts.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Drive sales by achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Guide, train, and motivate sales staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain proper product displays.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for both domestic and international customers.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Preferred Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, with supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales target achievement, inventory management, and team supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam is essential. Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic will be an added advantage.
