Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator to produce authentic and engaging content for our company. This role is for someone who loves being on camera, understands social media culture, and can transform ideas into scroll-stopping short-form videos. As a Creator, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving audience engagement.
Responsibilities
Content Creation : Create short-form UGC videos and visual content for social media platforms and present products and brand messaging in an engaging manner.
Video Shooting & Editing : Record high-quality videos using mobile or camera and edit content with basic effects, subtitles, and music.
Trend & Platform Awareness : Stay updated with social media trends and formats while suggesting fresh content ideas aligned with current trends.
Brand Collaboration : Work with the marketing team to meet campaign requirements and Delivering content within timelines.
Performance Support: Analyse content performance and engagement metrics and improve content style based on audience feedback and insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
· Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
· Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, VN, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
· Knowledge of social media trends and short-form content formats.
· Comfortable recording content regularly.
Preferred Qualifications:· Experience in UGC or influencer-style content creation.
· Understanding of branding and digital marketing.
· Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends.
· Understanding of AI tools for content creation, editing, or scripting.
· Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing and community engagement strategies.
