Job Description
Ø Studying materials and specifications
Ø Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
Ø Translating instructions into computer commands
Ø Setting up and installing tools and attachments
Ø Calculating requirements
Ø Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines
Ø Planning stock inventory and ordering parts
Ø Documenting actions
Ø Conducting machinery checking on a daily basis
Ø Following safety procedures and regulations
Ø Supervising the machines
