- Qualifying Leads: Assess potential leads to determine their viability, budget, and exact needs before passing them to the sales team.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Pitching: Create and deliver customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that clearly articulate the company's value proposition.
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term, trusting relationships with prospects, key decision-makers, and partners.
- Account Growth: Work with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling new products or features.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Contract Negotiations: Lead or assist in price discussions, contract terms, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Deal Closing: Navigate clients through the sales funnel from first contact to the final signed agreement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach messaging, develop sales collateral, and capitalize on promotional campaigns.
- Product/Service Feedback: Relay authentic customer feedback and feature requests to internal product or service teams to ensure offerings exceed expectations.
6. Reporting & Tracking
- CRM Management: Log all client interactions, lead statuses, and deal progress using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Metric Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as qualified meetings set, pipeline value, and monthly closed deals to report to senior management
