We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can provide exceptional support to our customers through Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist users in understanding software features and services.
- Respond to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Guide customers during onboarding and subscription activation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams for issue resolution.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to learn software products quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or Customer Service.
- Knowledge of stock market or financial products will be an added advantage.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
