Al Salama School of Safety Studies is looking for an experienced, creative, and result-driven Digital Marketing Head with 4–5 years of proven experience in leading digital marketing strategies and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student admissions.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Lead and oversee social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Drive SEO, SEM, website optimization, and content marketing initiatives.
- Plan and monitor lead generation campaigns for safety courses and training programs.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools to improve ROI.
- Lead the content, design, and creative teams to develop engaging digital campaigns, posters, videos, and reels.
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation campaigns.
- Coordinate with academic, admissions, and branch teams to ensure effective promotional activities.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement innovative growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with leadership or team management experience.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and performance marketing.
- Experience in website management, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Canva or other creative/design tools.
- Experience in poster design and digital content planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the education or training industry will be an added advantage.
