Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models and may engage in developing deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing tools. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with project goals and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle are key aspects of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize AI model deployment and integration.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance project outcomes and innovation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good To Have Skills: Healthcare Utilization Management, AI & Data Strategy, Agent Development.
- Experience in developing and deploying generative artificial intelligence models within production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based AI services and the ability to integrate them into scalable application pipelines.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and chatbot development.
- Ability to work with image processing technologies and apply them effectively in AI solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
