Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Plant Supervisor to manage daily production operations at our FMCG manufacturing plant. The candidate should have hands-on experience in supervising manpower, maintaining production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with different departments for smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant production activities and shop floor operations
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion
- Handle manpower planning, shift management, and worker supervision
- Ensure proper machine utilization and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per FMCG industry norms
- Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage during production
- Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and quality departments
- Maintain production reports, shift records, and operational documentation
- Ensure discipline and smooth workflow within the plant
- Identify operational issues and provide quick resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing industry
- Experience in handling plant/shop floor operations
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Basic knowledge of production planning and machine operations
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field preferred

Pay: ₹11,434.01 - ₹40,000.00 per month
