Job Description

BuildAhome is looking for a detail-oriented Junior QS Engineer to support quantity surveying, cost estimation, and billing activities across residential construction projects.

Required Skills

2 to 3 years of experience in QS and Billing in construction projects.
Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, and rate analysis.
Basic understanding of contracts and construction processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Support contract administration and documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers and procurement teams.
Maintain proper records of measurements and project reports.
