Community Managers serve as the face of a company. They are generally responsible for managing and handling communications in both directions. Community Managers re involved in various activities such as communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation.

Promotion of the H2S community to reach diverse audiences and frequently sharing stories about the positive impact the H2S community is establishing.

Organization and facilitation of community events.

Work and effectively collaborate with various communities, colleges, influencers, and industry leaders as per the requirements of the organization.

Management & creation of constant engagement on H2S Community and proper planning and execution of internal small scale community events simultaneously.

Analysis and evaluation of promotional plans and to make relevant recommendations for improvement.

Maintain professional and cordial relationships with all the PoC and influencers.

A bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field) is required.

Proven experience in outreach and community management.

Proven experience in stakeholder and team management.

Excellent understanding of working in the community, PR and relevant skills for cross functionality between various domains of the organisation.

Relevant skills for working with marketing tools will be prefered.
