Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage site petty cash records.
- Process daily cash payments and receipts.
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents before payment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for fund requirements and reconciliations.
- Maintain records of labour payments and site-related expenses.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing expense statements and MIS reports.
- Monitor cash balances and ensure secure cash handling.
- Support site management in financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Cashier in the Construction Industry.
- Good knowledge of petty cash management and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
