Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with clients and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM and update records of all sales and client interactions.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of IT products/services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in the sales domain.
- Ability to handle objections and turn leads into long-term clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
