Job Title: Business Analyst – Telecalling & Client Acquisition
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Analyst to connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and convert leads into projects. This role involves telecalling, client interaction, requirement gathering, follow-ups, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and business needs.
- Explain company services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling activities.
- Schedule meetings and discussions with decision-makers.
- Follow up with clients regularly to nurture and convert leads.
- Gather project requirements and communicate them to the technical team.
- Prepare requirement documents and maintain client records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and development teams for project closures.
- Maintain accurate reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong telecalling and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements quickly
Eligibility
- Any Bachelor's Degree.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
