Position Purpose
The HR Manager at Rukmani Motors Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Human Resource functions across all service locations . This role ensures full operational compliance with Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) standards, aligns HR strategies with business growth, and manages talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll, training, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Plan and execute manpower requirements as per approved budgets and MSIL dealership norms across Sales, Service, Bodyshop, Parts, and Back-Office functions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for dealership roles (Sales Executives, Service Advisors, Technicians, MIS Managers, Accessories Managers, etc.).
- Coordinate interview schedules with Heads of Departments (HODs) and top management.
- Reduce vacancy fill time and track hiring pipeline metrics.
2. Onboarding & Exit Management
- Oversee joining documentation, background verification, and creation of employee profiles in HRMS and MSIL Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Conduct structured employee induction and orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company policies and MSIL brand guidelines.
- Manage the full exit lifecycle: formal resignation acknowledgments, notice period verification, exit interviews, and clearance/settlements.
3. MSIL Training & Certification Tracking
- Partner with the Group Training & Development Manager (GTDM) to ensure complete alignment with MSIL training mandates.
- Track iLearn completion rates and ensure mandatory MSIL L1/L2 certifications for sales and technical staff.
- Organize monthly internal training calendars and skill upgrade workshops.
4. Incentive Management & Payroll Operations
- Audit and verify Spot and Main Incentive claims for sales, service, and support staff across Arena, Nexa, and True Value.
- Oversee monthly attendance, leave records, and overtime tracking.
- Prepare and submit timely payroll inputs, salary structure processing, and incentive disbursements.
5. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Implement KPI/KRA frameworks across all dealership departments.
- Drive probation reviews, performance appraisals, and confirmation tracking.
- Identify low performers and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) in coordination with department managers.
6. Compliance & HR Audits
- Ensure strict adherence to Indian Labour Laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, Bonus Act, etc.).
- Prepare for periodic MSIL HR compliance audits and internal organizational audits.
- Maintain physical and digital employee files with 100% legal compliance.
7. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Resolve employee grievances and workplace disputes in a fair and confidential manner.
- Organize periodic Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, festival celebrations, and team-building events.
- Monitor attrition trends and implement retention strategies across sales and service teams.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; Master’s/MBA/PGDM in HR/Personnel Management preferred.
- Experience: 4–8 years of core HR experience. Prior experience in automobile dealership operations (preferably Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, or Tata Motors) is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of MSIL DMS / HRMS software.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting dashboards).
- In-depth understanding of Indian Labour Laws and compliance standards.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
