About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant to the Medical Director to provide high-level administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, handle sensitive information with discretion, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the MD’s office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Handle email and communication on behalf of the MD
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist in follow-ups on projects and ensure timely completion
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
