Hiring: IT Team Lead (Full-Stack)
Location:First Floor, Madhavam Building, Door No - 453/ D, Peshkar Road, Irinjalakuda, Kerala 680121
Note: This is a full-time, in-office role in Thrissur (not remote).
At Thea, it’s all about the startup spirit driven building of products that will disrupt the industry. We’re building next-generation SaaS, POS, and FinTech platforms, and we’re looking for a hands-on IT Team Lead to help us ship fast and build right.
This is not a managerial role from the sidelines. You will architect, code, review, mentor, and own the system end-to-end.
What you’ll work on:
Designing scalable web + mobile/desktop architecture
Building React.js & React Native applications
Developing backend systems (Node.js & Python)
Microservices, real-time systems (WebSockets, Redis)
Secure auth (JWT, RBAC)
MongoDB + SQL database design
CI/CD, Docker, cloud deployments
AI integrations
What we’re looking for:
8 years hands-on full-stack experience
Prior technical ownership or team leadership
Strong system design & debugging skills
Experience building SaaS or transaction-heavy systems
Startup mindset. Ownership. Accountability.
