About the Role:
We are looking for a *Senior 3D Experiential Visualiser* with strong experience in the events and experiential industry. The role involves translating creative concepts into high-quality 3D environments, visualisations and event walkthroughs for pitches, presentations and production.
The ideal candidate combines strong 3D design, spatial understanding, visual storytelling and animation skills, with an understanding of how creative concepts translate into real-world event environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate creative concepts, moodboards and spatial plans into compelling 3D visualisations.
* Create high-quality event walkthroughs, fly-throughs, camera animations and photorealistic renders.
* Develop spatial concepts that balance creativity, functionality, brand requirements and guest experience.
* Create realistic materials, lighting, textures, environments and branded elements.
* Work across different event formats, scales and experiential requirements.
* Ensure concepts are visually strong, technically considered and practical to execute.
* Incorporate feedback and deliver high-quality work within tight event timelines.
* Support creative pitches and client presentations with strong visual storytelling.
Must-Have:
* 8–10+ years of professional 3D visualisation / spatial design experience, preferably within events or experiential.
* Strong portfolio showcasing event environments, 3D visualisations and walkthroughs.
* Advanced proficiency in relevant 3D software such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, SketchUp or Unreal Engine.
* Strong rendering and animation capabilities.
* Excellent understanding of scale, materials, lighting, spatial planning and buildability.
* Strong sense of composition, camera movement and visual storytelling.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
Advantage:
Experience working on international brands, large-scale events, MICE, conferences, launches, award shows, sports, entertainment or premium experiential projects.

Pay: ₹28,694.97 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month
