Key Responsibilities and Practical Exposure
- Daily accounting: Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries using Tally Prime.
- Reconciliation and account tracking: Maintain customer and supplier accounts, track outstanding balances, and reconcile bank and cash transactions.
- GST and TDS support: Assist with accounting records, supporting schedules, and documentation for compliance.
- Financial reporting: Assist in preparing and reviewing reports, while developing an understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Closing and finalisation: Support monthly closing, accounts finalisation, and audit preparation under experienced guidance.
Who Should Apply?
Candidates with at least 2 years of accounting experience, a sound understanding of basic accounting, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in improving their skills.
B.Com / M.Com qualifications and familiarity with Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel are preferred.
This role is particularly suitable for someone who already handles billing or basic accounting entries and is ready to develop broader, hands-on accounting knowledge.
You should be comfortable taking responsibility for assigned work, maintaining accurate records, and learning through practical application.
