Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales operations for the assigned zone across multiple regions.
Appoint, train, motivate and guide Regional Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers
Develop and execute zonal sales strategies.
Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility.
Monitor and analyse sales performance and market trends.
Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and expense control for the zone.
Conduct regular review meetings and field visits.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Deep knowledge of Ayurvedic / herbal products and FMCG market dynamics.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Strategic planning and execution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹21,647.77 - ₹150,000.00 per month
