Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience : 2 to 5 years.
JOB DESCRIPTION: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems in line with ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 requirements.
* Monitor and control Inward Quality, Process Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, and Final Inspection.
* Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.
* Handle customer complaints using 8D, RCA, CAPA and Why-Why analysis.
* Lead customer quality audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
* Drive Root Cause Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives using 7QC tools.
* Develop supplier quality and conduct supplier audits.
* Ensure calibration, laboratory management and product validation , Monitor KPIs: PPM, rejection, rework and COPQ.
* Strong technical understanding of machining, fabrication, assembly, welding, precision manufacturing and industrial equipment. Support new product development and process validation.
* Build team capability through training and competency management.
* Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase to meet and full customer requirements.
· He will provide Quality Control related updates to Asst. Manager Q.C. .
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
