Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior management. The role involves managing schedules, handling confidential communication, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments efficiently
- Handle emails, calls, and communication on behalf of senior management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS
- Coordinate internal teams and follow up on tasks and deadlines
- Arrange travel, meetings, and events
- Maintain confidential records and documents
- Assist in both professional and occasional personal tasks
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good email drafting and coordination skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working closely with senior leadership/MD
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of operations or administration
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
