We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional to manage Accounts, Administration, and Compliance activities. The role involves handling daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, managing office administration, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The candidate will work closely with management & CAs to maintain smooth business operations and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping, invoices, payments, and expense records.
- Maintain financial and administrative documents.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with CAs, auditors, and external agencies.
- Maintain compliance records and support regulatory filings.
- Assist management with operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is preferred.
