LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Workflows Product Owner to drive large-scale workflow transformation across Operations as part of our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad.
This role is accountable for end-to-end ownership of workflow products—from problem discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. You will modernize legacy and manual processes into scalable, orchestrated solutions by combining deterministic automation with AI-enabled capabilities, always ensuring compliance, explainability, and operational resilience in a regulated environment.
Operating within a global onsite–offshore delivery model, you will partner closely with U.S.-based Product, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This role requires strong ownership, disciplined execution, and the ability to work across time zones while maintaining high standards of communication, documentation, and delivery excellence.
- Own the end-to-end execution and outcomes of workflow transformation initiatives, from ideation through delivery, adoption, and value realization
- Reimagine and modernize legacy workflows into scalable, automation-first products, selectively applying AI where it clearly improves outcomes
- Deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, NIGO reduction, advisor experience, risk controls, and operational efficiency
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to Operations priorities and enterprise objectives
- Translate business problems into well-structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clear success metrics
- Serve as the single accountable Product Owner for Scrum teams, ensuring disciplined agile execution and delivery readiness
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to maintain delivery timelines and solution quality
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Risk & Compliance teams to design fit-for-purpose solutions
- Drive adoption and operational readiness through stakeholder alignment, training, and change management
- Operate effectively in a global onsite–offshore model, partnering closely with U.S.-based stakeholders
- Provide overlap with U.S. working hours (evening IST) to enable real-time collaboration and decision-making
- Work flexibly across time zones to support critical delivery milestones and stakeholder engagement
- Lead and coordinate distributed teams across regions, ensuring clear ownership and minimal handoffs
- Drive high-quality asynchronous communication, including structured documentation and status updates
- Make day-to-day product decisions independently, escalating only when necessary to maintain velocity
We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Our ideal candidates pursue greatness, act with integrity, and are driven to help our clients succeed. We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.
