BarbNow is an all-in-one business management platform built for barbershops and salons. We help beauty and grooming businesses streamline appointments, manage clients and staff, improve operations, and grow revenue.
We're an early-stage startup looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives who are excited about building something from the ground up and making a direct impact on company growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential customers within the salon, barbershop, and beauty industry.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the Account Executive or Founder.
- Follow up consistently with leads and nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and customer insights.
- Experiment with new outreach strategies and help improve our sales playbook.
What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- SaaS sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
