Job Description: Tele Calling Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team for immediate hiring. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your main objective will be to reach out to prospects, pitch our products or services, and generate business leads while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Making outbound calls daily to potential customers from a provided database.
- Product Pitching: Explaining company services and products clearly to pitch their value effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Handling customer queries, resolving doubts, and building positive brand relationships.
- Data Management: Maintaining structured daily call records, updates, and customer feedback.
- Reporting: Submitting daily progress reports and lead updates to the team manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: 12th-grade pass, Higher Secondary completion, or a university graduate.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in the local language; basic English is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including experience with MS Excel and web browsers.
- Soft Skills: Active listening, a polite phone etiquette, and strong persuasion skills.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
