· Lead design and documentation of architectural projects across various typologies.
· Drive creative concepts while ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
· Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
· Provide design direction to internal teams and ensure quality deliverables.
· Review and approve detailed drawings, models, and specifications.
· Maintain consistency in project approach, design standards, and narratives.
· Mentor and guide junior architects (3–5 members) and support their professional growth.
· Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing within project teams.
· Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations.
· Understand and interpret client needs, translating them into successful design outcomes.
· Manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
· Oversee construction documentation and site coordination.
· Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, quality, and resolve issues.
· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture with [6–12] years of relevant experience in Hospitality, Residential & Hotel Projects.
· Strong design sensibility and project leadership skills.
· Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, etc.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
· Ability to manage teams, mentor junior members, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
· Strong knowledge of building codes, regulatory compliances, and site coordination.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
