Job Description:-
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bidder to handle our Upwork projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how Upwork works, along with excellent skills in writing proposals, closing deals, and managing client expectations. You will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project deliveries.
Qualifications:
- BBA/MBA in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bidder/Business Development Executive, particularly on Upwork.
- Proven track record of winning projects and closing deals on Upwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft tailored proposals that showcase value and meet client expectations.
- Strong negotiation skills and client management experience.
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new project opportunities on Upwork and other platforms.
- Write customized, persuasive proposals that align with client needs.
- Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and bid strategically.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Negotiate project terms and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Track and report on bid success rates and overall performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
