Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up lathe machines to produce precision metal components.
- Handle special purpose machines (SPM) and ensure smooth operation.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Perform machining operations such as turning, facing, threading, drilling, and boring.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Maintain machine tools and perform routine checks to ensure efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to meet daily targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with lathe machine operations.
- Knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and SPM handling.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Basic understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing setup.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
