We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage client follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop business growth strategies and execute plans effectively.
- Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences for networking.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

- Strong understanding of business strategies and customer relationship management.
