- Role: Support HR Manager with administrative tasks, employee relations, and recruitment
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and databases
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Handle HR queries and concerns
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Requirements:
- HR certification or degree preferred
- 1-2 years HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
