Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The role also includes overseeing the progress of development tasks and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones through effective communication and collaboration.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Core HCM, SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM, SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong expertise in data integration and analytics within enterprise software environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in application development.
- Familiarity with software configuration management and version control practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
