Job Summary
Vected Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate and experienced AWS DevOps / MERN Mentors to train, mentor, and guide students and aspiring IT professionals.
We are open to candidates with strong expertise in AWS & DevOps OR MERN Stack. Candidates with knowledge of both domains will be an added advantage.
Open Mentor Tracks1. AWS DevOps Mentor
Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of:
- AWS Cloud
- EC2, S3, IAM, VPC and other AWS services
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Jenkins & CI/CD Pipelines
- Terraform
- Git & GitHub
- Linux
- Basic scripting
2. MERN Stack Mentor
Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- JavaScript / ES6+
- REST APIs
- Git & GitHub
- Authentication & Authorization
- Basic deployment and cloud concepts
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for students and aspiring professionals.
- Explain concepts through practical, hands-on examples and projects.
- Mentor students during assignments and real-world projects.
- Help students understand industry practices and development workflows.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare practical exercises, assignments, and learning materials.
- Resolve technical doubts and provide one-to-one guidance when required.
- Stay updated with the latest industry tools and technologies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant industry experience in AWS DevOps or MERN Stack.
- Strong practical and hands-on knowledge of the respective technology.
- Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or coaching experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring IT professionals.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹23,708.85 - ₹34,434.74 per month
